New ambassador role for Jo

Big congratulations to our Lead Receptionist Jo who has just been appointed as an Ambassador for the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA). The BVRA approached Jo as they had been so impressed with her coursework submission for her Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Award, and shortly after her interview, she was offered the post!

Designed to fit round daily work, the role of a BVRA Ambassador is about being a voice for the veterinary receptionist profession. Jo ‘s responsibilities will include promoting the status of the veterinary receptionist within the veterinary industry as well as their interests, and advocating the value of standard-setting, training and accreditation. She’ll also be invited to contribute to industry publications, to speak at events and have input into future veterinary receptionist training needs. And she’ll also be on the judging panel for BVRA’s Veterinary Receptionist of the Year!

Only a very small number of receptionists are invited to be BVRA Ambassadors so it’s a real accolade. We know you’ll do a brilliant job Jo!
