Magnificent Main Coon in-patient

Stunning 11kg Maine Coon Rambo came in to stay with us for the day recently in order to have a cyst removed from the top of his head. The cyst had grown considerably and it was an increasing worry that it could get caught in interaction with other cats or in general day to day activity.

We took Rambo into theatre and whilst the cyst was large, it’s base was relatively small so only required two external stitches on removal!

Here is Rambo post surgery. What a difference in appearance! We’re delighted to report that his wound has healed brilliantly and he is even more handsome now!
